RSOH announces the launch of COMMS, its Comprehensive Online Medical Management System

Since its establishment in 1999, RS Occupational Health has focussed on delivering a quality service to its clients, supported by systems, responsive to their business demands. Acknowledging the importance of technology in this process, RSOH has invested heavily in areas such as state of the art medical equipment to improve accuracy of data and videoconferencing facilities to provide ease of access to its international client base.

Our latest technological innovation, the comprehensive online medical management system has been specifically developed for RSOH and has a significant number of unique features offering considerable advantages to both employers and employees.

 

For employers it allows clients, via secure ID, to view and download employee fitness to work certificates, as well as gaining access to an automated diary of expiry and recall dates on a 24/7 basis.  In addition certificates can be emailed to employers immediately the medical is completed.  In many instances the employer will have the certificate before the individual has even left the RSOH premises.

For employees it simplifies and speeds up the medical process.  Questionnaires can be completed on-line before attending for an appointment and previous demographic and medical history is automatically recalled, requiring the individual to only note any significant changes since their last medical.

As client needs have become more complex, RSOH has been able to address these without compromising the quality of its medical service which is at the root of its success. RSOH fully recognises that there will always be some things that technology cannot replace and being able to talk to experienced occupational health doctors and nurses is one of these things. This latest technology will serve to enhance our medical offering and we will continue to blend the best of the traditional with the best of technology to ensure outstanding client service.

This outstanding client service includes seeing 95 % of clients within 5 minutes of scheduled times, excellent availability of appointments in the 3 RSOH clinics, and decision-orientated reports which continue to receive very positive feedback.
